Organising Delivery

When you have decided to purchase a gazebo from WoodMines, organising delivery couldn't be simpler.  Once we have received your delivery details, email, and contact number, we will add you rto our manufacturing list and give you an approximate delivery time. Nearer the date we will confirm a day and time.  All of the WoodMines gazebos are delivered by ourselves to give you the best service possible.  

It is very important that the delivery details and contact numbers are correct so that we can get your product to you.  The driver may request assistance in unloading the gazebo. It is important that an able peron is avaialable on the day of delivery to offer assistance.

Bespoke Gazebo And Furniture Delivery Times

From the payment of your order to delivery, the process usually takes around two to three weeks.  We endeavour to process orders and arrange delivery as quickly as possible and many customers receive their product in under this estimated timescale.  However, demand for gazebos and other garden products is higher at certain times of the year and, to avoid disappointment, we always aim to advise realistic timescales.

Collection

Customers are more than welcome to collect purchases in person.  Please contact WoodMines to arrange a collection date.

Notes

Whether you decide to have your purchase delivered via courier or collect it yourself, the product will be received as ‘easy to assemble’ components.  We cannot give specific dates or times for your delivery, this is to be arranged with the courier service.  The courier may request assistance in unloading the gazebo.

Delivery Charges

Our Delivery Charges are calculated on the size and weight of the products ordered as well as their quantities, so we have done our best to offer a range of delivery providers to give you the best choice no matter how big or small your order. 

Please note that if the delivery address is over 110 miles from WN6 7TP then there is a delivery surcharge of £44 inc vat. There is an option on the payment page to add the surcharge to your basket.  Please use this link to add your postcode to check if you are within the 110 mile radius of WN6 7TP. Some locations are not available for delivery. If you live in a remote location please get in touch before making a purchase.
